Turnaround
What We Commit To, and How It Is Measured
Allocation time and release time are recorded on every case and reported case by case in the monthly MIS.

| Field verification — outside city limits | Report within 72 hours of allocation |
| Urgent / priority cases | Same-day report where the case is allocated before 11:00 and the address is within city limits |
| Transaction due diligence | Draft within two weeks of complete information; final signed report within three working days of your comments |
| TEV studies | Draft within three to four weeks of the site visit and receipt of complete information |
| Query response | Acknowledgement within four working hours; substantive response within one working day |
How We Engage
Four Ways to Work With Us
Choose the model that fits the volume and the nature of the work.
Panel / Empanelment
Empanelled on agreed rates and allocated cases across agreed geographies. No minimum volume assumed on either side.
Typical basis: Per case, by verification type and location category
Managed Volume
A defined case volume and geography handled to an agreed calendar and turnaround, with dedicated capacity held.
Typical basis: Monthly retainer plus per-case rate
Assignment
A single diligence, TEV or verification assignment with a defined scope and deliverable.
Typical basis: Fixed assignment fee
Programme
A recurring multi-location programme — fixed assets, stock, suppliers — run to an annual calendar.
Typical basis: Fixed fee per cycle
On Pricing
Field verification is priced per case, by verification type and location category — metro, urban, semi-urban and rural — and separately for within and outside city limits, in the structure institutions use in their commercial formats. Rates are all-inclusive of travel, conveyance and out-of-pocket expenses, and exclusive of GST.
Diligence, TEV and cost-verification assignments are quoted as a fixed fee after scoping. We accept turnaround-linked penalty structures, and we price for them honestly rather than quote a rate we cannot deliver on.
Tell Us What Needs Verifying
Share the requirement, geography and turnaround. We reply within one business day, with a written scope and rate structure for panel or volume mandates within two.
