Eligibility

Where We Qualify, and Where We Do Not

Institutional empanelment criteria commonly require the bidding entity itself to show a minimum period of operation, prior BFSI work orders and audited turnover from this activity.

Shree Vasuda Venture Private Limited is recently incorporated. The experience described across this site belongs to the promoter and mentor group, not to the company, and we do not present it as the company’s own in any eligibility submission.

So we bid where we meet the stated criteria on our own standing, and we say so openly where we do not.

Our Position, Plainly

  • Registered corporate entity
  • PAN and GST registration
  • Performance security available
  • Integrity pact and NDA accepted
  • Police-verified field executives
  • Specimen formats and methodology note
  • Audit and regulator access
  • Multi-year entity track record — building
  • API integration to lender systems — in development

Independence

Conflicts Declared Before the Assignment, Not Discovered After It

An assurance provider is worth little if its objectivity can be questioned. We disclose the following in writing before accepting an assignment.

Prior Engagements

Any diligence or advisory engagement for the subject entity, its group, promoters or affiliates in the preceding 24 months.

Commercial Relationships

Any advisory, consulting, fund-raising or transaction support for the subject entity, its promoters or existing investors.

Financial Interest

Any shareholding, debt, convertible instrument or beneficial interest held by the unit or anyone on the assignment.

Competitor & Investor Links

Any engagement with competitors of the subject entity, or with funds or institutions that may have an interest in the outcome.

Personal Relationships

Any relationship between our personnel and the officers of the institution commissioning the work.

No Canvassing

We do not canvass, lobby or approach officials about a shortlisting, allocation or pending decision.

Our reports present factual findings and risk observations. They do not carry investment or sanction recommendations unless the institution specifically asks for one.

A Note on Professional Scope

SV Assure is a unit of a private limited company. It is not a firm of Chartered Accountants and does not hold itself out as one. It does not undertake statutory audit, attest functions, certification, or any service reserved to a Chartered Accountant in practice under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949, nor any valuation reserved to a registered valuer.

Where an engagement requires such a certificate, report or valuation, it is issued by the client’s own licensed professional or registered valuer, and our role is confined to the underlying verification work. Members of our mentor group who are in independent professional practice advise the unit in a consulting capacity only, are not held out as proprietors or partners of its business, and are not associated with any solicitation of professional work.

FAQs

What Procurement Committees Ask Us First

What constitution does SV Assure bid as?
SV Assure is a unit of Shree Vasuda Venture Private Limited, an Indian private limited company. Where an RFP permits a company, LLP, partnership firm or proprietorship to bid, we bid as the company, with the Certificate of Incorporation, MOA and AOA, PAN, GST registration and a board resolution or power of attorney for the authorised signatory.
Can you meet minimum-experience eligibility criteria?
That depends entirely on the criterion, and we will tell you plainly before we bid. The company is recently incorporated. The decade of diligence and verification experience described on this site belongs to the promoter and mentor group, not to the company, and we do not present it as the company’s own in any eligibility submission. Where a tender requires the bidding entity itself to show a minimum period of operation, prior work orders or audited turnover from this activity, we say openly whether we meet it.
Why does that matter to us as the institution?
Because a credential overstated at the eligibility stage becomes your problem later, not only ours. An agency willing to stretch a claim to clear a gate is an agency whose field reports you should also be reading sceptically.
Will you accept a limited initial allocation?
Yes, and we would recommend it. Start us on a pilot batch in one or two locations, measure the turnaround, the return rate and the quality of the evidence, and widen the allocation only if the work earns it.
Can you provide performance security?
Yes. We can furnish a security deposit, demand draft or bank guarantee in the form and amount the institution prescribes, within the stipulated period from the letter of intent or work order.
Do you sign an integrity pact and an NDA?
Yes — the pre-contract integrity pact on non-judicial stamp paper as required, a non-disclosure agreement, an indemnity bond and the employee police-verification undertaking. We also accept the audit access, conflict disclosure and data deletion obligations that accompany them.
Do you subcontract?
No, unless the institution has approved it in writing. Where an RFP prohibits consortium arrangements or subcontracting, we bid only for work we can deliver in-house, and we do not form paper arrangements to widen apparent coverage.
What penalties will you accept?
Turnaround-linked liquidated damages and quality-linked penalties are a normal part of this work and we accept them. We price for them at bid stage. Where a penalty is linked to the loan outstanding on a wrong submission, we will agree a shared definition of a “wrong submission” before signing.
Will you issue certificates for cost or valuation?
No. We perform the verification work. Where a bank, a statute or an authority requires a certificate from a Chartered Accountant or a valuation from a registered valuer, it is issued by your own licensed professional or registered valuer. SV Assure is not a firm of Chartered Accountants and does not undertake attest work.
How quickly can you start after a work order?
Within one month of the letter of intent for a standard panel engagement — access set-up, format walkthrough, executive deployment and a documented workflow with checklists and review points, followed by a parallel or pilot cycle before full allocation.

Send Us a Pilot Batch and Judge the Output

We would rather be assessed on ten completed cases than on a presentation. Give us a limited allocation, measure the turnaround and the quality, and widen it only if the work earns it.
